What SHould Students Wear on dance days?
- Dress: Comfortable, "movement-friendly" clothing is best; Loosely fitting/stretchy pants are great
- Please wear shorts under skirts and save tights for non-dance days
- Please wear your dance clothes on dance days so there is no need to change before/after class
- Shoes: We dance in bare feet (without socks); Dance shoes may be addressed at a later date
- Long hair should be kept back, away from the face, and large jewelry should be kept at home
- If tying laces is tricky, please wear velcro or slip-on shoes for quick transitions
- High-top sneakers (i.e. Converse, boots) should be saved for non-dance days
